A personalized program is developed with an athlete to meet their fitness goals. This requires a 12 month commitment.
Personalized with PT: MINIMUM 3 Month Commitment
This is a 3 month training program that receives 1x personal training session & 1x program every 6 weeks.
Limit: Unlimited
Programs: Conditioning Class, Custom Strength Program, Hunters Club, Olympic Weightlifting, Remote Program, Royal Oak Team Training, Weightlifting Team Training, Workshops & Camps
